Weston is turning 14 months tomorrow and the past couple of weeks have been so much fun. He has convinced me that I do not need to exercise because I am burning enough calories just chasing him around the house. Here are some of the things he has been up to.
Weston has been teething so much these past few weeks and has had some pretty crabby moments. Let's just say Tylenol and Orajel have become my new best friend;)
Weston still refuses to let me take a picture of him because he is obsessed with the camera and the second he sees it he literally runs for it and tries to grab it out of my hand.
Loves to play with his waterfall soother instead of taking a nap. Last night I woke up at 3 in the morning to this.

ADORES his daddy and honestly would go to him any day over me. If Ryan is in the room he is always wanting to be with him and trying to copy what he does. There are moments when it just melts my heart seeing him and Weston play together.
Loves to talk on my phone. He will not touch his phone but give him my phone and he acts like he has a million bucks in his hand. So just know that if you get a random call from me with a toddler rambling on the other end it is just Weston wanting to talk. Trust me, it has happened more than once already.
Loves to help me in the kitchen. If I am cooking dinner he has to be right by my side trying to see every move that I make.
Weston is such a bookworm and I love it. I cannot get him to sit still for more than 3 seconds unless I put him on the lovesac with a bunch of books. He will seriously sit there for 15 minutes just looking at his books!

He loves the shower and bath time. Sometimes I just stick him in the shower during the daytime if he is getting bored and he will laugh and squeal forever.
Weston also has learned to give the best slobbery kisses ever. However, it is the Eskimo kisses that he gives me that I LOVE.
He loves to eat anything in front of him. Nothing new there. Is it wrong that your 1 year old eats more than his mom?
Weston is also learning sign language due to the fact that is refuses to talk. He has been cursed with a mom who went to school for special education so has a brain full of information that has been a curse to herself and her son. Lets just say I have been narrating everything Weston and I do, label every object that Weston touches, and have been crazy about teaching him baby sign language. Most of the time Weston just looks at me and give me a look that says "your crazy" and reminds me to just calm down and let him go at his pace and have fun being a toddler. Being a mom creates a worry within my that I never knew existed and I have a feeling it will never go away...oh my poor kids and husband;).
